Shipping policy
Order Processing & Shipping Time
We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment (excluding weekends and public holidays where applicable).
To optimize delivery speed and reduce costs, we ship from the warehouse nearest to your delivery address—or from the same country whenever possible.
Tracking
Your order will receive a tracking number within 72 hours of shipment. You can monitor your package status directly through the carrier's website using the details provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it or make changes. We appreciate your understanding.
Upon Delivery – Inspect Your Package
We strongly recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival. If the outer box shows significant damage, please take clear photos before opening it. In cases of severe damage, we advise refusing delivery and notifying us right away at support@miningeek.com. Minor cosmetic damage to the box can sometimes occur during transit but does not necessarily indicate an issue with the protected product inside.
If You Discover Damage After Accepting Delivery
If everything appears fine externally but you find damage to the product upon unboxing, we've got you covered. Simply send clear photos of the damage (including packaging if relevant) to support@miningeek.com as soon as possible. Our team will promptly review your case and guide you through the resolution process.
